endless mud

It gets slightly boring when I am the only one looking at my blog, hence my reasoning for lack of posts. I have given up, but I am back; out of boredom. I just came back from Governors Ball in NYC this past weekend. It was so fun, but the rain managed to make it a little less fun. I dont think I have ever experienced so much mud in my life. The first day I came prepared with my rainboots, but in the end they gave me awful blisters. So the second day I was forced to wear my converse. By the end of the day on Saturday my ability to treck through the mud with my converse came to be a little hard to bare. By two I was already starting to feel the muckiness of mud in my shoes. Spotting Leandra, the author of The Man Repeller gave me enough excitement to get me through the day. I am not sure where I found the guts, but I went up to her to say Hi. Best decision ever, she was super nice. Here are some pics of the weekend!

Sat in bed all yesterday watching Law and Order SVU due to a cold I seem to have acquired over the weekend. Luckily I was given today off because of the impending storm so naturally I have been using this time to look up the hundreds of blogs I find myself checking in on regularly. Maybe not hundreds but I look at my faire share. The three below are my favorite! Of course mahh katt joins in,,she is one for the blogs as well...who can blame her though, Need to start packing for CALIFORNIA though!!!! soo excitedddd

Found my new favorite blog Because I'm Addicted! The title says it all, I am actually addicted. These photos came from this blog. I can assure you that my future posts will most likely include more photos from her blog. I have saved about a hundred from this weekend alone!

There is something about Pink

Yes I know Valentines Day has passed, but I liked these pictures too much not to post! I thought better post them now or in a couple weeks time they will become officially irrelevant. I would never describe myself as a pink type or person; I don't think I have worn pink in a couple years, but with that said I wish I did wear a little more of this color, especially after finding these photos on Wildfox. I stick to the blacks and the nudes...kinda boring I know! I am seriously considering dying the tips of my hair pink for the summer though!!!

What To Focus ON

I had to add a Wildfox picture for this Valentines post, that blog always manages to provide me with some good pictures to add to my own posts. As for the second picture, I made this as a way to switch up Valentines day a little, less about loving others and more about being content and happy with yourself! "What to focus on" this Valentines Day: Love yourself and then think about others! This is the one day of the year its okay to put yourself before others!
