"I CANT STOP"

I was looking forward to seeing some Kony signs in the city but I saw only two signs and one sticker... on the ground. Clearly "Cover the Night" was not as active where I live. I am not sure if you can technically call this stealing but I might have grabbed a stray sign I saw lying on the ground. I thought that it most likely would be thrown away anyway. So as of right now it is hanging in my room.

grilled cheese's and coke

These are some pictures left over from easter weekend. We got too spend a little time on Pratt Street for some lunch..a couple cokes and grilled cheese's later we were able to grab a few pics.

Sally Mann and innocence

I have to admit photography has not always been an interest to me, but recently after playing around with photoshop and discovering the wonders it can do to my photos it has instigated a newfound interest. And amongst this interest I happened upon Sally Mann. These particular photos were my favorite. Her album "family pictures" played with the theme of innocence.

disposable camerasss

I'm beginning to discover, with a little help from the sis, that the simplest of things can make the coolest of pictures. My new obsession is disposable cameras. How easy and simple is that?! No longer do you have to worry about lugging around your huge digital camera just to get some quick snaps. Granted, I typically leave that up to my friend who does all the photography for my friends but still...! I was going to try and tackle the film camera but lets be honest I am not spending 10 to 20 bucks on film when I could be buying clothes. Maybe one day when my cash in flow is just a little bit higher. Wish me luck on that endeavor!
