"Impossible Conversations"

So it seems I missed the deadline for the Schiaparelli and Prada Exhibit. I bought my train ticket and look online only to see that I had missed the ending by just several days. Sooo upset. While at FIT I never had a chance to go to the met. You would think three weeks in NYC would allow me some time but it clearly did not. Either way I got to spend an amazing day in the city where I was able to spot some preparations for Fashion Week. Such a cool experience. So worth buying that ticket despite canceling previous plans. enjoying the last couple of hours before I leave for new york! filling up on some raspberries and catching up on some shows while reading some magazines! Unfortunately being in new york it will deprive me of my internet access to thoroughly keep up with Greys Anatomy!

NYC

Get ready to leave for NYC for three weeks! Lucky for me I get to spend most of my July in the city. So Excited! I am taking a couple classes at FIT. Packing for New York City is no easy task, especially when your an over-packer like me! Here are few quick pics of my pack job so far! I have to lug up 20 magazines for this program too, going to have some sore shoulders when I arrive. More pics of the city to come!

another fourth of july..

Though this years fourth of july was not nearly as festive, it was still fun to hang with the fam! Luckily we were still able to pull out the fireworks after dinner..it was a close call though, our canopy covering our porch almost caught on fire due to a stray firework! As fun as it was it did not quite measure up to the fourth celebration last year! I was lucky enough to get to spend it on the vineyard with my friend! here are a few pics from both this year and last year!
